Service Description
If you are struggling to get your project off the ground and need help with how to navigate the product development process then book a 1-to-1 meeting with Harry, the founder of MairOnyx. In this product development engineering consultancy session Harry will answer any questions you may have about how to develop your own product, provide advice and guidance, and conduct research after the meeting before compiling a document containing a bespoke roadmap on how to bring your product to fruition. Note from Harry about this service: If your product is beyond the scope of my skill set then the meeting will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued as soon as possible. I apologises if this causes any inconvenience, I will not take your time and money if I do not believe I can provide you a worthwhile service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the start time of the meeting and you will receive a full refund if you cancel in this window. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time or don’t show up to your meeting you will not be refunded. Rescheduling your meeting is free up to 24 hours before the start time of the meeting. If you reschedule within 24 hours of the start time you may be subject to a rescheduling fee that is 25% of the original amount paid. Should you be dissatisfied with the overall service you may request a partial or full refund subject to good reason.
